Staff at hotel weas great and super helpful! People working there were welcoming, friendly and smiling. We were travelling with a baby and were offered a crib to put in our room! That was so helpful! I liked how clean was the room and bathroom, Very happy for that! Great toiletries! The view on mountains was beautiful. We had an air conditioner! It was important on such hot day!

Very nice place. Clean,nice entrance and parking. There is no noise from the freeway from the room or the pool area.

Reviews on Yelp. We stay here every time we're in Pleasanton which is frequent. A couple issues with past visits addressed with the front desk, never happened again. Do check your bill before you depart to make sure there were no charges from the lounge that are not yours. If you visit the lounge the burger os great and, they sometimes offer Isosceles by the glass!

I loved everything from the time I checked in until I checked out. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were also very efficient and assisted you quickly. The room was completely clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the fire pit as well as the hot tub. I would stay here again without question.
