I like the convenient location of this property to the freeways and all the places to eat. The property had lots of free parking.. The property seems to be a newer location or just well kept either way I enjoy my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my speedy check in with Crystal at the front desk. Crystal made some good recommendations and gave us some info about the nearby places. Great customer service from everyone I encountered...Breakfast was really good too the staff was friendly and super attentive!! Overall it was a positive experience staying with DoubleTree we were in town for the Bill Pickett Rodeo we had a wonderful time, me and my bestie!

Aesthetically pleasing. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff was eager to make our stay enjoyable. Handicap parking is user friendly. The bar was open until 9:30 pm. The breakfast buffet was nice but I chose the eggs benedict florentine which was perfect! Property was immaculate. It's only a block from Costco, In-N-Out Burger and Chick-fil-A. I booked through bookings.com and our pricing was very decent! We spent New Year's Eve there.

Room was large and comfortable. It was pouring rain and we were early, but they let us check in with no additional fee, which was appreciated. We were attending a party 10 miles away, and were able to take side streets instead of having to hop on the freeway.

I loved everything about the property from front staff when you first check in to the heated pools and the pro club fit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location close to dining restaurants and park for kids to play. It’s perfect for families.

We have stayed here two weekends in a row and one elevator bank was still out of order. There were a lot of people staying at your hotel so it took a little longer for the elevator.
