I like the convenient location of this property to the freeways and all the places to eat. The property had lots of free parking.. The property seems to be a newer location or just well kept either way I enjoy my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my speedy check in with Crystal at the front desk. Crystal made some good recommendations and gave us some info about the nearby places. Great customer service from everyone I encountered...Breakfast was really good too the staff was friendly and super attentive!! Overall it was a positive experience staying with DoubleTree we were in town for the Bill Pickett Rodeo we had a wonderful time, me and my bestie!

Aesthetically pleasing. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff was eager to make our stay enjoyable. Handicap parking is user friendly. The bar was open until 9:30 pm. The breakfast buffet was nice but I chose the eggs benedict florentine which was perfect! Property was immaculate. It's only a block from Costco, In-N-Out Burger and Chick-fil-A. I booked through bookings.com and our pricing was very decent! We spent New Year's Eve there.

Room was large and comfortable. It was pouring rain and we were early, but they let us check in with no additional fee, which was appreciated. We were attending a party 10 miles away, and were able to take side streets instead of having to hop on the freeway.

I love the location, the poolside set up and the friendly staff!! The late check out option that your staff approves is also appreciated!

I loved everything about the property from front staff when you first check in to the heated pools and the pro club fit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location close to dining restaurants and park for kids to play. It’s perfect for families.

Staff at hotel weas great and super helpful! People working there were welcoming, friendly and smiling. We were travelling with a baby and were offered a crib to put in our room! That was so helpful! I liked how clean was the room and bathroom, Very happy for that! Great toiletries! The view on mountains was beautiful. We had an air conditioner! It was important on such hot day!

We have stayed here two weekends in a row and one elevator bank was still out of order. There were a lot of people staying at your hotel so it took a little longer for the elevator.

Location was great, breakfast was great as well :-) lounge area was very nice and entertaining, always look forward to the steak dinner, food was great as always. decent price and very well pleased with the service all the way around.
